Online / Virtual Training

During the start of 2020, we quickly realised that our in-person training as a traditional delivery method was not going to be practicable.  To protect their workers, our training venues were being closed.  However, client’s requirements for training continued and the requirements of the asbestos and legionella regulations remained in place, so we had to act fast.

Once BOHS was accepting applications for online training, we submitted our request.  AAA Training Co Ltd was one of the first companies to be approved by BOHS to deliver the Proficiency modules and OHTA W504 course virtually.

We fully understand this is not to everyone’s taste. Learning is personal. Being taught a subject at a training venue, face-to-face, is a great learning environment, it’s where ideas are shared, concepts discussed and provides clarity and improves understanding of skills.  This is what we do and have done successfully since we started delivering courses in 1999.  Nevertheless, the training landscape changed fast and we had to move with it.

Our virtual training is always presented live by one of our fully experienced tutors.

Instructor-led  training is teaming with benefits;

  • full inclusivity
  • flexibility for different learning styles
  • accessible to those with physical, auditory, or visual disabilities
  • facilitating collaboration
  • better for the environment
  • reducing everyone’s carbon footprint
  • cost savings
  • reducing risk
  • increased efficiency
  • improving technical skills
  • immediate feedback on learning, and much more

Students may be sitting at the kitchen table, on the sofa, or at your place of work. It really doesn’t matter where you are, virtual training comes to you.

We don’t think virtual training is a trend that will disappear. We have invested in technology and software to bring you the best of our venue based learning. So no matter where you are, sitting at the kitchen table, on the sofa, or at your place of work, it really doesn’t matter, we come to you.
