This asbestos awareness training course is intended for anyone who has to assess the risks from clearing fire-damaged asbestos containing materials from buildings. The aim of this training course is to demonstrate how to deal with an asbestos incident; explain the characteristics of asbestos materials; the risks associated with different asbestos fibres; the behaviour of ACMs during fires in buildings and the precautions to be taken during damping down. |
