The BOHS P405 Management of Asbestos in buildings module provides the trainee with the practical knowledge and skills to be able to manage asbestos in buildings and a knowledge base to audit asbestos removal projects.  

This course includes a 1 hour 15 minute examination and a 2 hour 15 minute practical assessment.   Candidates must pass the written examination AND the practical assessment to be awarded the BOHS Proficiency Certificate in this module

Content of the BOHS P405 syllabus:  Legislation 20%; Management of Asbestos in buildings 30%;  Asbestos remediation 20%;  Role of the Laboratory/Analyst 5%;  Practical work 25%.

Note: If you have a group of people to train we can ALSO offer this course at your own premises, anywhere in the world.  It is possible to combine the P402 and P405 training courses within 5 days for a small group of personnel, at your own premises.
